Hey, what do you know, kids? It’s vintage shoe day again.
These are 1940s white satin peeptoe dancing slippers with clear rhinestones and decorative ruby glass shields. The brand name is long faded to illegibility but there is a handwritten notation in black ink on the inside of the strap listing the size and several mysterious numbers. (From a movie studio costume department, maybe?) I love these jeweled beauties so much, I’ve worn them nearly to death. They are now officially retired and hold a place of honor on the shoe shelves.
